Abstract The space-borne microwave radiometer is a satellite payload designed to measure the atmospheric liquid water content and vapor content. In this paper, some issues about design the digital unit, such as redundancy design and reliability design, of a spaceborne microwave radiometer are presented. Test results validates that the design can meet the requirement of the system.
