Abstract Based on the High Resolution SAR system experiments. Some problem that influenced the quality of image was discussed. Since The INS did not meet the need of Error Compensation, Doppler parameters (fdc,fdr) was obtained by SAR Raw data to compensate the LOS error and phase error. Theresidual Error was compensated by PGA method. Then the high quality of SAR image was obtained.
