Abstract  

Through a lot of survey data determined best method of observation crop canopy tem- perature different using infrared thermometer,and then proceed to use relationship between the canopy temperature different and the soil moisture to determine arid index of winter wheat crucial during.It provided basis for soil water monitor using remote sensing technology on a large area.
