9. Before the paper is published in remote Sensing Technology and Application (in whatever form) for the first time, the editorial department will charge the paper author a one-time layout fee according to the editorial department charge standard. If the editorial board republishes the paper in any other format, no space fee will be charged.
10. After the paper is published in remote Sensing Technology and Application (in whatever form) for the first time, the editorial department will pay the author of the paper one-time remuneration according to the editorial fee standard, and give some samples and abstract copies as a gift. If the editorial board publishes the paper in another form, the author will not be paid.
11. This Confirmation shall come into effect from the date of signature and the place of execution is Lanzhou.
12. For other matters not covered, if any dispute arises, both parties shall settle the dispute through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.
