To study the influence of chlorophyll concentration on rice leaf and canopy reflectance, simulating changes of leaf and canopy reflectance with different chlorophyll concentration by PROSPECT and FCR model. The serials of chlorophyll concentrations are 20μg/cm2, 22μg/cm2, 24μg/cm2, 26μg/cm2,28μg/cm2and 30μg/cm2. The different leaf area indexes (LAI) are 1,3 and 5. The change extent of reflectance is valued by STDEV (Standard Error Variation) in the same wavelength, the wavelengths range from 400 nm to 940 nm, and the interval is 5 nm. In the research we know that the strongest influence on leaf reflectance is in 710 nm, and the STDEV curves form four peaks in 550 nm, 710 nm, 795 nm and 830nm. The influence of chlorophyll concentration on canopy reflectance changes with different LAI. For different LAI value 1,3 and 5, 715 nm, 720 nm and 725 nm are strongest affected, and the STDEV curves form two peaks in different LAI, they are 550 nm and 715 nm, 550 nm and 720 nm, 550 nm and 725nm.

In this paper, the shortcoming of method for traditional geometrical correction was first analyzed. Then, the performance and covered scope of TM data, the data form of digital map were introduced. At the same time, the method of customized map project by ENVI software was explained. At last, the technique method for geometrical correction of TM image based on 1∶250 000 digital map wasset forth. Through the visual distinction and error analysis for correction result we can draw a conclusion that the correction accuracy of this method was less than one pixel and this method could be used to achieve the demand of work. The merit and technique process about the method mentioned above were analyzed.

Precision Agriculture(PA) is the modern Agriculture base on the“3S”technologies and agricultural knowledge. The management and decision support system for PA is the core of PA. In order to resolve the problem of the acquirement, management, and analysis for data, and making intelligent decision support in PA, the system is integrated with Global Position System, Geographic Information System,Expert System and Decision Support System. From the system, Users can get not only the information of field, but also the measure scheme about variety selection, fertilization, prevention and control of plant diseases and elimination of pests. So that users can manage the farm in variable, reduce the cost and the pollution of environment and increase the income. The system is base on C/S, which is of stability and extensibility, and can be maintained and used easily. The system has been applied in the demonstration base of Precision Agriculture in NingXia Province.

The ill-conditioning often occur on computing the exterior orientation elements of satellite oneline scanner imagery in space photogrammetry or satellite photogrammetry. If least squares estimation method is used, the true values of the exterior orientation elements of satellite one-line scanner imagery might not be gotten. In fact, the ill-conditioning does have an unusually large effect on the LS estimation and can deteriorate results completely. In such a case, we need to further improve the calculation procedures on computing the exterior orientation elements of satellite oneline scanner imagery by using the recently developed biased estimation theory in modern statistics. To overcome the difficulties caused by illconditioning, first, this paper analyses previous methods of solving this problem. Then, the principal component estimator method is introduced to directly combat ill-conditioning in computing the exterior orientation elements of satellite one-line scanner imagery. According to practical situations, the three meth-
ods of choosing the biased parameter contained in the principal component estimator is also provided in this paper. Experimental results show that in some cases, the proposed principal component estimator can overcome ill-conditioning effectively and this method is very steady and effective.

Submerged mobile bodies can produce waves on the sea surface. These waves' interacting with sea waves can change the distribution of high or low frequency of sea wave spectrum, and form the wave wake of the submerged mobile bodies. In the article, the wave-wave interaction is viewed as the perturbing of waves spectrum to the backgrounds. In the article, we analyze the effect of waves wake on the radar backscatter coefficient according to the two-scale model and get the numerical simulations model. Then,we calculate the wave function with the converge-source distribution methods on the submerged mobilebodies in different moving states, which is added to the wave functions of different states of the sea; we carry on the emulating calculation of the radar backscatter variations, and get the simulated SAR detecting image. At last, we process to the simulated SAR image with the 2D spectrum analysis technique, and extract the info of waves wake. The preliminary results indicate that the detection of submerged mobile bodies with SAR is feasible.

Due to the extensive application and good performance of the synthetic aperture radar(SAR), the study to SAR image becomes more and more important. But the intensive analysis to the SAR image is hampered by the speckle noise within it. Based on the knowledge of SAR imaging system, an improved method that uses the adaptive window to suppress the speckle noise in SAR images is proposed in this paper. Compared with the classical fix-window spatial filtering method, this proposed one can adjust the size of filtering window adaptively according to the statistical of pixels within the window, and it can well sup press the speckle noise in the homogenous area and preserve the detail information in heterogenous area. In
simulating experiment, this new method is proved good performance in reducing speckle and preserving edges at the same time.

Image fusion is an important application in the field of image processing using multisensors information, and wavelet transform is a great breakthrough on research method. On the basis of wavelet transform, the paper proposes a kind of multispectral image fusion algorithm after the study of area-based selection rule, and the author compares the algorithm with others algorithms in existence. The results show that the algorithm is is not only simple and high stability but effective for image enhancement, it is a advisible algorithm for image enhancement.

The lower value of gray level, relatively poor contrast and obvious stripe noises exist in the image received by the high-resolution power CCD camera carried on China-Brazil Resources satellite No.1.The stripe affects the quality of data and clarity; furthermore, it restricts the use of the data. With enhance of the image, the stripe noise is more obvious. In this paper, a method of removing the stripe based on the texture analysis is brought up from a different aspect, that is, we consider the certain noise information in the image as the some counterpart texture feature. Furthermore, gray level co-occurrences matrix is applied to smooth the histogram based on the texture filter so as to remove the local stripe noise. In addition, the mean value adjustment method is used to compare with the texture analysis one.

With the rapid development of new sciences and technologies, especially computer technology, space technology and information technology, the mankind has entered into the information era. There is no doubt that aerial photogrammetry especially digital photometry are getting more popular than before. As a subject of surveying mapping, it has developed into a new information industry from the traditional photogrammetry, and according to the photogrammetry itself,it has developed into photogrammetry and computer vision. At the same time, photogrammetry, GPS, computer internet and virtual reality are closely related to the establishment of Digital Earth. Digital photogrammetry has been proved to be one of the most important technology for providing Digital GeoSpatial Data framework in construction of Digital Earth. Based on the development of the Digital Earth, especially, the function and status of digital photogrammetry in construction of the Digital GeoSpatial Data framework are described form the point of the advantage technique of digital photogrammetry. With the development of Digital Earth, the digital pho-togrammetry will play increasingly important role.
